At Terra Breads, we craft high-quality artisan baked goods from scratch using carefully sourced ingredients. Our products are enjoyed in our bakery cafés across Vancouver and by wholesale partners including grocery stores, restaurants, and hotels across Canada and the US.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our wholesale team. You’ll be delivering fresh baked good on set routes across the Lower Mainland using a company van or 1.5-ton cube truck.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently on the road, while staying closely connected to the team and committed to Terra Breads’ culture and standards.
Schedule & Work Details
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Start time as early as 4:00 AM
- Weekend availability required
- Consistent, established delivery routes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver products safely and on time to wholesale customers
- Verify orders and ensure product quality meets company standards
- Merchandise and restock products at select customer locations as needed
- Track and report unsold bread
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong wholesale client relationships
- Maintain delivery vehicle (cleanliness, basic checks, reporting issues)
- Follow all food safety, workplace, and road safety standards (FoodSafe, HACCP, WorkSafeBC)
THE RIGHT FIT:
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract required
- Professional delivery or commercial driving experience in Lower Mainland required
- Comfortable driving cargo vans is a must, and comfortable with 1.5 ton truck is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly
- Reliable and able to consistently start as early as 4am
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
