Rimrock Landscaping is looking for a strong Project Manager or Project Coordinator to help lead the day-to-day execution of our work. This role is for someone who can keep multiple crews moving, stay ahead of problems, follow through hard, and bring structure to the field and office.
You’ll help manage schedules, budgets, materials, equipment, and communication across roughly 10 four-person crews. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, understand how landscape projects come together, and know how to keep people accountable without losing the team, we want to talk.
What success looks like
In this role, you will:
- Keep crews, schedules, and project priorities organized day to day
- Track hours, materials, equipment, and site progress accurately
- Help projects stay aligned with budget and job costing targets
- Read and update commercial site plans as needed
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors with urgency
- Support estimating and quoting for upcoming and active work
- Follow up consistently so details don’t get missed
- Help leadership see what’s on track, what’s at risk, and what needs action
- Report clearly on a weekly cadence and take ownership of results
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily coordination for up to 10 field crews
- Build, adjust, and communicate schedules
- Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure execution
- Hold teams accountable to timelines, quality, and expectations
- Review, interpret, and edit commercial site plans
- Track project budgets, job costing, labor hours, materials, and equipment usage
- Coordinate site needs including materials, equipment, and subcontractor support
- Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and project quotes
- Help maintain order of operations across multiple active jobs
- Use technology to keep projects organized and visible
What we’re looking for
- Experience in project management, project coordination, or operations in landscaping, construction, or a related field
- Strong understanding of scheduling, delegation, and field accountability
- Ability to read and work from commercial site plans
- Comfortable with job costing, budget tracking, and project follow-through
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize well
- Confident communicator with crews, vendors, subcontractors, and internal leaders
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with LMN, Slack, AI tools, and PlanSwift is a strong asset
- Receptive to feedback, new ideas, and continuous improvement

Compensation
- $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and fit
Pay: $65,000.10-$85,000.58 per year
