Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Sales team while assisting with the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Presteve Foods brand. This role is responsible for coordinating customer information, preparing presentations and sales reports, maintaining marketing materials, supporting new product launches, assisting with packaging development, and helping execute digital and promotional marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Sales Support:
- Participate in the development and implementation of quarterly and annual sales plans, policies and programs.
- Support the Sales team by maintaining commercial pricing, contracts, customer information and competitive intelligence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in tracking new product.
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, sales reports, budgets and business reviews.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports and key performance indicators.
- Prepare customer quotations and product information packages.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and specifications.
- Coordinate customer samples and promotional materials.
- Assist with order entry and ensure timely communication between Sales, Customer Service and Production.
- Participate in customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
Marketing Support
- Maintain and update the company website with current products, news and promotional content.
- Coordinate the development and revision of product packaging, labels and artwork.
- Create and maintain product sell sheets, brochures, flyers, presentations and other sales collateral.
- Assist with the development of product catalogs and marketing literature.
- Coordinate product photography and maintain digital marketing assets.
- Support new product launches by preparing marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in creating social media content and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate trade show logistics including displays, promotional materials and product samples.
- Maintain the company's library of product specifications, images and marketing documents.
- Assist with branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials.
- Support the Sales team with customer presentations, proposals and promotional programs.
- Work collaboratively with Quality, Production and Purchasing on packaging updates and product launches.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing or customer service is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software is considered an asset.
- Experience maintaining website content using WordPress or similar CMS is considered an asset.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm (+/-), Sat: 8am to 12pm; additional hours as required
Working Conditions
- Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings and trade shows.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak business periods or special events.
- Occasionally exposed to odors, cold and wet environments.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
