About the Position
We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Sales Representative to join our Edmonton team. You'll spend your days at scheduled brand activations across Edmonton, meeting customers face-to-face, presenting partner brand products, and guiding them toward the right purchase decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Show up at scheduled brand events and activations across Edmonton, ready to represent the client
- Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, professional first impression
- Come prepared with a solid grasp of the product and campaign details for each event
- Take time to understand what each customer actually needs before recommending anything
- Walk customers through the full purchase process, start to finish
- Address questions or hesitations with patience and clear answers
- Log each day's customer interactions and outcomes accurately
- Show up for training sessions and team check-ins to keep improving
What We're Looking For
- Patient and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in solving problems for people
- Steady under pressure, even with a hesitant or frustrated customer
- Comfortable following a process through from start to finish without losing track of details
- Self-motivated and takes ownership of outcomes
- Available full-time, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends
- Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $750.00-$1,050.00 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer Service/Sales : 1 year (preferred)
