Overview
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills. If you have a background in sales, mechanical knowledge, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance based on mechanical knowledge
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with mechanics and customers regarding service updates
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills are essential
- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
