River City Countertops is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Penticton, BC.
We are looking for someone with experience in sales, flooring sales, and/or countertop sales who is confident working with customers and closing sales.
Position: Sales Representative – Countertops & Flooring
Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: 320 Martin St, Penticton, BC V2A 5K4
Pay: Depending on experience
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales
- Experience selling flooring and/or countertops
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer projects
- Comfortable preparing quotes and following up with customers
- Reliable and motivated to meet sales goals
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to select countertops and flooring
- Provide product recommendations and quotes
- Follow up with customers and leads
- Manage sales from initial consultation through to completion
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and installers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Industry experience is strongly preferred.
