Location: Greater Napanee, Ontario (Rural location - personal transportation required)

About the Position
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Hog Farm Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position in a rural setting. No previous farming experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the care and feeding of hogs
- Assisting with farrowing, castrating, and vaccinating animals
- Cleaning and pressure washing farm facilities
- Assisting with breeding animals
- Assisting with moving and handling animals
- Following farm safety and animal welfare procedures
Qualifications
- No education or previous experience required
- Willingness to learn and work with livestock
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a farm environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Personal transportation is required, as the farm is located in a rural area
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.60 per hour
- 40–60 hours per week
- Performance-based bonus available following the successful completion of the probationary period
- On-the-job training provided
