Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide attentive support and assistance to an individual in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing environment, fostering independence and well-being. This role involves living on-site to deliver consistent, personalized care tailored to the unique needs of a senior gentleman
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Assist with medication management and health monitoring as needed
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure proper nutrition for individuals under care
- Create a safe and comfortable living environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Engage in educational or recreational activities that promote learning and socialization
- Maintain household organization and cleanliness to ensure a healthy living space
- Communicate regularly with family members or healthcare professionals regarding the individual’s progress and needs
Requirements
Experience working with seniors
Must have drivers license
- Background in caregiving
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to live on-site as part of the caregiving team
- Reliable, responsible, and able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required health screenings
