Birdies Fried Chicken is a small family-owned take out restaurant in Toronto's east end. We have a small menu specializing in buttermilk fried chicken and we pride ourselves on quality food and superior customer service.
We are seeking a hard working individual with a positive attitude to fill a kitchen staff/cook position.
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation
- Breading chicken
- Frying chicken with attention to quality
- Packing take-out orders
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Dishwashing
- Assisting other team members whenever possible
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and friendly
- Outgoing and personable
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Food handlers certificate is a bonus, but not required
