Job Summary

Duties
- Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Assist with retail sales efforts by promoting products that meet client needs
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Preferably someone with qualifications and experience as a Barber or Stylist.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect effectively with clients
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and grooming services
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
- Able to help clients with products tactfully to enhance client experience and their knowledge of styling products.
- the Ability to promote yourself and grow your own clientele. This is a chair rental opportunity so the more clients you build the more money in your pocket.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Someone that is comfortable with chair rental and with the ability to be flexible on days, able to cover extra days when needed and work till 6pm.
