Key duties

Manage administrative and clerical tasks including data entry, document preparation, editing, proofreading, and maintaining records.

Coordinate communications and logistics by handling calls, correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain reports and documentation using various software tools.

Ensure compliance and accuracy by adhering to company policies, government regulations, and collective agreements while maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.

Collaborate and assist across departments, training sessions, customer queries, and workload prioritization under minimal supervision.
Qualifications

High School graduation;
-
Minimum 2 years office experience;

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;

Knowledge of aircraft terminology;

Good interpersonal skills;

Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French;

Proficiency in spelling, punctuation and grammar;

Aptitude for accuracy and detail;

Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in team environment;

Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
