Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with kitchen organization, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment
- Support the team during busy service hours by ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety guidelines
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling of ingredients
- Experience with serving customers or working in a fast-paced setting is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
