We are looking for someone who is not only hands-on, but also able to think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems during production.
This position is responsible for manufacturing and assembling different types of signs, including LED digital boards, channel letters, billboards, light boxes, and other custom signage products.
The ideal candidate should be able to think independently, learn quickly, solve problems, and work with tools and machines. Previous experience in signage, LED signs, fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines and production equipment
- Cut, shape, sand, trim, and assemble signage materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Assemble signs by screwing, gluing, bonding, or welding
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Read measurements, drawings, and production instructions
- Troubleshoot basic production issues
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- CorelDRAW experience is preferred
- Signage, LED, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual skills
- Able to work independently and solve problems
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Willing to learn and improve
