Clinical Supervisor / Senior ABA Therapist

Aim Pediatric Therapy is seeking Clinical Supervisors and Senior Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We welcome applicants who have completed their RBA registration with the CPBAO or are actively pursuing their RBA hours and looking for a supportive environment to develop their clinical leadership skills.
For over 15 years, Aim Pediatric Therapy has supported children and families across the Peel Region through evidence-based ABA, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and social learning programs. Our team works in a collaborative, child-centered environment designed to promote meaningful learning and development.
We currently operate two locations:
Brampton: 2250 Bovaird Dr E
Mississauga: 2233 Argentia Rd
Our Mississauga centre features a large sensory-motor gym, purpose-built therapy rooms, and collaborative programming spaces designed to support both individual therapy and group-based learning.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support ABA therapy programs for children with autism and related needs
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to therapists
- Conduct program development and behaviour plan updates
- Review data and ensure high procedural integrity across therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and treatment planning
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech, ABA)
- Support training and professional development of therapists
Qualifications
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the CPBAO OR actively pursuing RBA certification
- Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, education, or related field (or in progress)
- Experience supervising ABA programs and therapists preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behaviour intervention plans, and skill acquisition programming
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
