Pay: $30-$65+ per hour
We are currently seeking skilled and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our network of healthcare professionals providing care to clients requiring in-home nursing care, post-surgical support, and ongoing health services.
Position Summary
The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for clients in accordance with professional standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulations. The RN will work collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately and timely.
- Provide health education and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, infection prevention protocols, and safety regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Advocate for clients' needs and promote quality care.
Qualifications
- Current registration and good standing with the applicable nursing regulatory body.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent nursing education.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least 2 working references
- Personal Liability Insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in community, home care, long-term care, or acute care settings is an asset.
