Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Full-Time Barista/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items in accordance with company standards.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Manage cash handling duties with precision and integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food handling and preparation.
- Assist in serving food or beverages when needed, supporting team members during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Uphold health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; familiarity with serving and food preparation is a plus.
- Experience operating POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the food industry or cashiering roles is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $37.34-$39.22 per hour
