Position Overview
Mansour Chemicals & Commodities is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven ability to develop new business, build lasting customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities in industrial markets. Whether your background is in industrial chemicals, mining supply, manufacturing, fabricated steel products, or related industries, you understand how to create value for customers and drive business growth. They will possess a strong understanding of industrial markets and demonstrate the ability to develop business through trust, technical understanding, and exceptional customer service.
This role will be instrumental in expanding our presence within Northern Ontario and supporting the continued growth of our chemicals and industrial products divisions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customer opportunities across target industries.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, purchasing teams, and operational personnel.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions and exceptional service.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support contract negotiations.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and activity reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the introduction of new products and services aligned with customer needs.
- Travel throughout Ontario and other markets as required.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, account management, or a related field.
- Experience within mining, chemicals, industrial supply, manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Existing industry relationships within Northern Ontario would be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
