Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
- Load and unload materials and tools from trucks and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment as needed, under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong physical endurance and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license.
