Out client is seeking labour support for concrete work with one of their clients in Moose Jaw.
This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and minor repairs
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Carry out physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
- Help set up work areas, scaffolding, or barricades as required
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is preferred
- Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks consistently
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
