MUST HAVE PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN CANADA
We are a small (but very busy) company looking for a full-time maintenance person to join our team. Steady work, Regular monthly pay.
We will definitely look at training the right person - no experience needed. Some maintenance/maintenance person person knowledge would be great but not necessary. Minor plumbing, heating breaks, minor electrical. light carpentry, all aspects of routine maintenance in apartments and townhouses, etc. (apartment suites/condos).
English and (filipino) Tagalog would be great.
Some on-call evenings weekends.
Must have Permanent Residence in Canada
MUST HAVE: OWN TOOLS, OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE
(Daily jobs are all over the City of Edmonton, Spruce Grove so I have checked the box that says "Travel For Work 100%")
A current criminal check will also be required.
