We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashier duties with attention to detail
- Prepare food items following safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas according to food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, including basic kitchen tasks
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Good time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and order calculations
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales opportunities
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
