As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you’ll ensure our customers always have the products they need — when they need them. You’ll take ownership of a diverse product portfolio and play a critical role in keeping our distribution centres running smoothly.
Forecast & Replenish a wide range of food and beverage items to maintain continuous supply across our DC network.
Optimize Inventory by achieving targets for inventory levels, turns, and fill rates.
Manage Vendor Relationships through timely purchase orders and proactive communication with suppliers and carriers.
Support Market Growth by maintaining accurate cost and pricing profiles.
Share Market Insights with Sales and Category Management to help guide customer conversations and business decisions.
Lead Seasonal & Promo Planning to ensure we’re ready for peak demand.
Protect Product Quality by managing shelf life, capacity, and obsolete inventory.
Analyze KPIs to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally with Sales and Category Management to execute product strategies and support profitable case volume.
Champion Safety & Quality by following all Health & Safety, Food Safety, WHMIS, and QA practices.

3+ years in Supply Chain Planning or Category Buying
Experience in the food & beverage industry
Strong understanding of inventory management
Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Proven ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and stay calm under pressure
Experience managing large product portfolios
Solutions‑oriented and customer‑focused
Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Energized by a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
