ECS is looking for a New team member to assist our leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations of our new location opening this fall.
Our Staff are an integral part of the success of our business at ECS Coffee. They bring energy and passion to the ECS Customer Experience and our business.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure friendly and helpful service, communication and operational expectations are met in the store.
- Encourage team members in their roles.
- Demonstrate exceptional behaviors and standards for customer service and store operations.
- Work to build an engaged clientele for your location through great customer service building repeat business.
Sales and Customer Service
- Lead by example and ensure all staff is always delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist customers with choices by sharing product knowledge and demonstrations of products in store
Merchandising and Inventory
- Ensure that all Merchandising and housekeeping standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all marketing materials and signage is in place as per head office directives.
- Participate in inventory management with regards to needs of the business
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality; willing and happy to engage with our customers.
- Barista experience is an asset. Love of coffee is a must!
- Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Ability to Lift and work on feet for 8-9-hour periods if needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
