To be eligible for employment, you must meet ALL of the requirements listed below.
Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions, as these requirements are mandated by our commercial insurance provider.
Applicants who do not meet all of the requirements will not be considered.
1. Minimum 6 Years of Verifiable Driving Experience (MANDATORY)
This is the most important requirement for this position.
Due to the requirements of our commercial insurance provider, every driver must have a minimum of six (6) years of verifiable driving experience.
This experience must be supported by a Letter of Experience (Claims History Letter) issued by your current or previous automobile insurance company.
The letter must verify your insured driving history.
Please DO NOT apply if:
- You have less than six years of driving experience.
- You cannot obtain a Letter of Experience from your insurance company.
- Your insurance history cannot verify at least six years of driving experience.
Unfortunately, applicants who cannot provide this document are not eligible for employment, regardless of their driving ability or previous work experience.
2. Valid Ontario G Class Driver's License
You must possess a valid Ontario G Class driver's license.
3. Clean Driving Record
You must have:
- A clean driving abstract
- No major traffic convictions
- No serious driving infractions
- No demerit points
4. Eligible to Travel Between Canada & the United States
Many of our trips involve cross-border transportation.
Applicants must be legally able to enter the United States and return to Canada.
You must possess valid travel documentation such as:
- Canadian Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Other acceptable cross-border travel documentation
5. Dedicated Parking Space
A secure parking space at your residence is required for the company vehicle.
Your Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury company vehicles for airport transfers, executive travel, and long-distance transportation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
- Assist passengers with luggage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles.
- Communicate efficiently with dispatch regarding schedules and trip updates.
- Follow all company policies and traffic regulations.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every trip.

- Strong time management abilities
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- The ability to safely assist passengers with luggage
- Good knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
