Join BBA and put your expertise to work as an IT business analyst in artificial intelligence (AI), where you’ll actively help improve the user experience by leveraging, integrating and managing corporate AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and various organizational AI assistants.

- Ensure optimal operation of AI solutions in production by maintaining performance, output quality and user support
- Manage access, licences and evolving allocation rules based on business needs
- Oversee data usage and select appropriate sources to support AI use cases effectively and securely
- Help establish controlled environments to support innovation initiatives
- Help design and improve AI architecture and orchestration, including agents, data flows, integrations and connectors
- Work with IT teams to design and document integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Snowflake, M-Files)
- Monitor performance, adoption and costs, and recommend practical ways to optimize solutions
- Maintain a comprehensive view of AI solutions (inventory, vendors, risks) and identify new opportunities for improvement

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or another relevant field
- At least three years of IT experience
- Proficiency with data concepts, such as modelling, quality and governance, as well as AI concepts, including ML, NLP and agent-based systems
- Experience working with enterprise AI products in a Microsoft environment (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) and a solid understanding of adoption, value and performance measurement challenges
- Involvement in the full life cycle of an AI solution, from ideation to operations
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
- Proficiency with the Microsoft365 Suite
- Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and agile development methods
- Knowledge of analysis methodologies
- Asset: experience with non-Microsoft enterprise AI platforms
