What You’ll Do:
· Handle incoming calls, emails, web chats, and social media inquiries
· Offer and promote maintenance plans and memberships
· Book and follow up on service estimates and opportunities
· Upsell maintenance services and other home comfort solutions (we’ll train you!)
· Coordinate technicians efficiently and keep customers informed
· Process payments and update customer records
· Contribute to sales goals and earn bonuses and commissions for your results
What You Bring:
· Strong communication and time management skills
· A friendly, customer-first attitude
· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
· Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
· Inside sales or scheduling experience (HVAC or trades background is an asset)
Availability:
· Full-time position – must be flexible for daytime, evening, or weekend shifts
Compensation
· This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, with higher earnings achieved through strong sales results and customer conversion.
Pay: $41,600.00-$70,000.00 per year
