Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Préposé(e) à la maintenance 2 pour soutenir l’entretien général et préventif de nos installations et contribuer à offrir un environnement sécuritaire, accueillant et professionnel à nos membres et invités.
Responsabilités principales
- Effectuer les inspections régulières du bâtiment;
- Réaliser des réparations mineures (portes, quincaillerie, peinture, plomberie de base, cloisons, rampes);
- Participer à l’entretien préventif des installations;
- Préparer les salles et les espaces pour événements et banquets;
- Coordonner certaines demandes urgentes liées aux opérations;
- Assurer le suivi de l’inventaire et des fournitures;
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et entrepreneurs;
- Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité;
- Participer à l’entretien extérieur saisonnier au besoin;
- Soutenir l’équipe maintenance selon les priorités quotidiennes.
Profil recherché
- Expérience en entretien général de bâtiment ou maintenance;
- Bonne capacité à effectuer des réparations mineures;
- Sens de l’organisation et capacité à prioriser;
- Bon esprit d’équipe et excellent service à la clientèle;
- Connaissance SIMDUT / SST (atout);
- Capacité à effectuer un travail physique intérieur et extérieur;
- Disponibilité flexible selon les besoins opérationnels.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Attendant 2 to support the general and preventive maintenance of our facilities and help maintain a safe, welcoming and professional environment for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine building inspections;
- Complete minor repairs (doors, hardware, painting, basic plumbing, drywall, handrails);
- Support preventive maintenance activities;
- Set up rooms and facilities for events and banquets;
- Coordinate urgent operational requests as needed;
- Monitor inventory and maintenance supplies;
- Support contractors and vendors onsite;
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained;
- Assist with seasonal outdoor maintenance when required;
- Support the maintenance team with daily priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance or general maintenance;
- Strong basic repair skills;
- Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Team-oriented with strong customer service;
- WHMIS / safety knowledge is an asset;
- Ability to perform indoor and outdoor physical work;
- Flexible availability based on operational needs.
Job Type: Seasonal PART -time
