Infinity Dental Office is a modern, well-established dental practice conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just minutes from Union Station. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and professional environment and are looking for an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in Dentrix
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and process insurance claims
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, and the clinical team
- Support daily administrative and front office operations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dental administration experience (required)
- Completion of a Dental Office Administration program is considered a strong asset
- Experience with Dentrix is a strong asset
- Solid understanding of dental terminology, treatment coordination, and dental insurance billing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Evening shifts required
- Saturdays required
