SpringTide Whale Watching & Eco Tours is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Guest Service Representative! Key areas of responsibility:
- Sales (in person, on telephone & online) of various Whale Watching Tours and Charters
- Social Media postings
- Taking of reservation details accurately and legibly
- Providing a high level of Customer Service
- Passenger check-in, in office and offsite, downtown Victoria
- Opening & Closing of office
- Professionally presented sales visits to local tourism outlets, hotels & local businesses

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
- Proven sales skills and experience in providing high-level customer service
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities efficiently in an exciting fast-paced environment
- A desire to be a team player, communicating positively and clearly
- Flexibility in scheduling – some weekend and evening work expected
