Material Processor (General Labour) Night Shift
Location: 8470 Keele Street, Vaughan, ON L4K 2S1
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm to 7:30am or Continental 7:00pm to 7:00am
Hourly Rate: Starting at $19 and up based upon experience and qualifications
Employment Type: Full Time

CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America, ensuring they do not end up in landfills or go to waste. Our recycling process gives these materials a new life by ensuring that the metals entering our yards can be used to create something new again!
Here's where you come in:
CMI is looking for a General Labourer / Material Processor to join our Operations team on the night shift. In this hands on, outdoor role, you will work in a team environment and support the receiving, sorting, processing, and shipping of recycled metal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually sort and process materials
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service
- Answer customer questions and assist with any inquiries as required
- Using hand and power tools remove: Batteries, Fluids, Refrigerants, Switches, Tires
- Move items that have been removed to applicable storage areas/containers
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep area and yard clean, organized and safe
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an industrial facility and general labour is an asset
- Previous experience working with power tools is an assess
- Good English communication skills
- Posses the desire and ability to learn
