At Digitech Payments, we're looking for a Client Service & Retention Specialist to support our merchants, ensure their satisfaction, and help build long-term customer loyalty. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding client experience by providing personalized service and recommending solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.
- Understand clients' needs, goals, and preferences to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Provide ongoing updates regarding products, services, and account activity.
- Communicate with up to 60 merchants per day through inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High school diploma.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
