Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions â building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
Skill Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong Power BI expertise to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining data architecture standards, designing scalable data models, enabling self-service BI, and delivering executive dashboards and insights using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and modern data governance practices. Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & Strategy Define and maintain enterprise data architecture, data standards, and governance frameworks. Design scalable data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse, and semantic layer architectures. Develop logical and physical data models supporting business intelligence, operational reporting, and advanced analytics. Establish data integration, metadata management, lineage, and data quality frameworks. Create architecture roadmaps aligned with business and digital transformation objectives. Power BI Architecture & Governance Design and implement enterprise Power BI architecture and deployment strategies. Develop reusable semantic models, datasets, data marts, and reporting frameworks. Establish Power BI governance practices including: Workspace strategy Dataset certification Security standards Self-service BI controls Performance optimization Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and data access controls. Optimize dashboard performance and report scalability. Data Engineering & Integration Design ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Factory, or equivalent technologies. Integrate data from ERP, CRM, HR, ITSM, and third-party platforms. Define data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration patterns. Collaborate with Data Engineers to build resilient and scalable data pipelines. Analytics & Visualization Design executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting solutions. Translate business requirements into analytics architecture and reporting frameworks. Enable self-service analytics capabilities for business users. Implement advanced reporting and visualization best practices. Data Governance & Quality Define data stewardship models and governance processes. Establish data quality monitoring and validation frameworks. Implement metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage tracking. Drive compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management Work closely with business leaders, product owners, data engineers, and BI teams. Conduct architecture reviews and solution design workshops. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analytics and engineering teams. Present architecture recommendations to executive stakeholders.
