Role: Azure Support Analyst
Employment: Full Time
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 Days/Week
We are seeking a Full Time Azure Support Analyst with strong experience supporting Azure data services, Databricks, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data platforms. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot production issues, monitor data workloads, and support cloud-based data engineering environments
- Support and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, and Azure SQL
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, cluster issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Work with Databricks notebooks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake
- Monitor data pipelines, jobs, clusters, and application health
- Support ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion patterns, and data warehousing
- Analyze Databricks logs and Azure monitoring data to identify root causes
- Use Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to resolve production issues
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures
- Strong Azure services experience
- Hands-on Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, and Azure SQL
- Experience with Databricks notebooks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and data ingestion
- Experience troubleshooting data pipelines and cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
