Position Overview
We are seeking a Boutique Host who exemplifies exceptional service and luxury hospitality. As the first point of contact, this individual will set the tone for the client experience, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, seamless, and aligned with luxury retail standards. This role will also support the sales team by helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Hospitality
- Greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a warm and elevated experience.
- Manage waiting areas and maintain a comfortable, organized environment.
- Offer refreshments and provide thoughtful hospitality.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments while coordinating with the sales team.
Sales Floor & Operational Support
- Assist with gift wrapping and product presentation.
- Facilitate secure movement of products between the sales floor and stock/vault areas.
- Support cash-handling procedures with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain a clean and organized hospitality and wrapping area.
- Ensure supplies are fully stocked and replenished as needed.
- Communicate effectively with sales and leadership teams to address client needs.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with special projects and operational requirements as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, fine dining, or a client-facing host role.
- Strong passion for delivering an elevated customer experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished and professional presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hospitality-focused tasks such as beverage service, table etiquette, or gift wrapping is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of luxury retail and fashion is preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
