Security Supervisor
Location : Nova Scotia (Travel to Client Sites Required - Enfield, ON)
Start Date: Immediate, 10 July onwards

Payrate : $18 - $20
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Security Supervisor to oversee personnel and support our staffing operations at client location in Nova Scotia. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workforce operations.
As a Security Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for both our employees and client representatives, ensuring ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with site procedures, and service excellence while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee temporary employees at assigned client sites.
- Ensure employees arrive on time and comply with workplace policies and safety requirements
- Conduct daily attendance checks and manage shift coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and workplace challenges promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate replacement staff when required to maintain operational continuity
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, and workforce documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation at client locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with the recruitment and operations teams regarding staffing needs and updates.
- Perform regular site visits and provide operational support as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in workforce coordination, operations, customer service, or a supervisory role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call when required.
