Requirements:* We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our jewelry team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience both in-store and online.*Experience creating content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook*Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoroom, CapCut)*Creativity and ability to think outside the boxSend your resume to [email protected] OR apply in person.
IMPORTANT: *We are looking to fill a full time position, this requires full time all year round. Selected candidate will be required to work 5 days a week, which includes Saturdays.
Job Duties:
⦁ Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

⦁ Pawn transactions
⦁ Cash handling
⦁ Buying and selling of gold, silver and diamonds
⦁ Making outcalls
⦁ Answering customer inquires and outcalls
⦁ Taking messages and emails
⦁ Excel experience is important
