We’re hiring! G.A.M.E.S. is seeking a passionate and experienced retail associate to join our team. If you love trading card games, anime, and video games, and have a knack for customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Trading Card Games such as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Digimon, and a general knowledge of Anime.
- Knowledge of video games is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Cashier experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong listening skills, the ability to follow directions, and work efficiently.
- Self-motivated with excellent dedication and integrity.
- Must be 18+ (required for selling M-rated titles and processing trades).
Job Duties:
- Provide top-tier customer service and act as a knowledgeable sales representative.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization throughout the establishment.
- Manage merchandise, stock levels, and ensure proper product care, pricing, and organization.
- Adhere to and execute store policies with integrity.
- Engage with customers through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, sales groups, email).
- Organize data entry tasks, including filing invoices and documents.
