Position Summary
The Production Line Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of beverage manufacturing equipment including fillers, labelers, palletizers, conveyors, and processing systems. The role ensures production targets, product quality, food safety, and safety standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor production equipment according to SOPs.
· Perform equipment start-up, changeovers, and shutdown activities.
· Monitor line performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.
· Troubleshoot minor mechanical, pneumatic, and operational issues.
· Escalate major equipment issues to Maintenance or Supervisors.
· Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation.
· Follow HACCP, GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
· Assist with CIP/SIP and sanitation activities as required.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and training activities.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
· Experience in beverage, food, dairy, or aseptic manufacturing preferred.
· Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety.
· Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends, and overtime as required.
· Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
