The primary purpose of the Maintenance / Grounds Assistant is to provide assistance to the department with seasonal duties and projects on the grounds and facility under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and in accordance with Park Manor Care’s established policies and procedures to establish the highest level of quality work at all times. The applicant must have the ability to learn and accomplish basic labour and manage their time and responsibilities on an individual basis.
Skills:
Must be capable of using basic yard equipment and basic tools or the ability to quickly learn. Must be able to follow a routine as well as manage your own time and duties with weather conditions.
