Job Summary
RallyAd Media is hiring a Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to support our B2B sales, business development, and client outreach efforts.
This role is focused on B2B prospecting, sales support, market research, CRM management, proposal support, and professional client communication. It is not a consumer social media, Google Ads, or paid social campaign management role.
We are looking for someone who is organized, results-focused, commercially minded, and comfortable helping communicate RallyAd Media’s value to prospective clients in a professional B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective B2B clients, partners, and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM and research tools.
- Support outbound sales outreach through email, LinkedIn, trade show follow-up, and other professional channels.
- Assist with sales decks, proposals, one-pagers, client-facing materials, and follow-up documents.
- Prepare company research, contact research, and talking points for meetings.
- Keep CRM records, lead notes, sales activity, and pipeline information organized and up to date.
- Support reporting and sales activity tracking using Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.
- Help identify new outreach opportunities and improve sales support processes.
- Assist with trade show preparation, scheduling, follow-up, and post-event organization.
- Work with internal team members to turn campaign results, reporting insights, and service capabilities into useful sales and marketing materials.
- Contribute to a small team environment where flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving are important.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales support, business development support, marketing support, account support, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and internal team members.
- Strong research skills and the ability to understand business needs.
- Proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Results-focused mindset with an interest in measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and suggest improvements, not just complete assigned tasks.
- Interest in media, advertising, performance marketing, ad tech, or data-driven marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital media, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, digital agencies, or SaaS companies.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
- Experience creating sales decks, proposals, outreach sequences, or prospecting lists.
- Familiarity with iGaming, sports betting, crypto, financial products, affiliate marketing, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or business development events.
Important Fit for This Role
This is a B2B media sales and marketing support role.
We are not looking for candidates whose experience is mainly limited to managing Google Ads, Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram, or consumer social media accounts.
The ideal candidate is someone who can research prospective clients, understand business opportunities, support sales conversations, and help create professional materials that move prospects through the sales process.
Travel Requirement
Travel may be required to the United States and Europe for client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and business development opportunities.
Candidates must be able to confirm that they can travel to the United States and Europe without restrictions that would prevent them from fulfilling this requirement.
