Job Description:
Dave’s Hot Chicken is looking for a motivated and reliable Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting team members during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handle customer concerns and provide quick, friendly resolutions
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching when needed
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
Requirements:
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable and responsible attitude
