Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and Experienced individual to join our dynamic real estate team in a fast-paced office environment. This is a part-time position, requiring availability on both weekdays and weekends, with full scheduling flexibility. The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and manage MLS listings, including broker loading, uploading photos, and scanning documentation
- Process new listings, price changes, extensions, and other related forms
- Maintain and update client databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare offers, amendments, waivers, and other real estate documents using WebForms
- Answer client phone calls and route leads to appropriate sales representatives
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Contact agents for showing feedback
- Call existing clients to follow up on potential leads, promote events, and maintain engagement
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (college-level courses or diploma preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry is a must!
- Familiarity with MLS systems, WebForms, and standard real estate paperwork
- Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet use
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
