Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team and enhance the overall client experience. This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategies to improve service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English to effectively assist our customers. The candidate will also be responsible to assist in business development activities. We are a very fast pace environment.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong customer relations
- Manage customer orders (order entry, order changes and cancellations)
-Monitor orders to ensure order accuracy
-Work closely with all departments (production, shipping and logistics) to ensure all products and orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
-Coordinate with Logistics to ensure delivery schedules are up to date and on time
- Manage and submit hospitality schedule to finance on a weekly basis
- Conduct customer meetings on a regular basis
-Follow up with hotel customers regarding any issues or concerns and conducting on-site visits when necessary
-Ensure hotel inventory and rewash counts are submitted in a timely manner
-Send daily reports to high profile accounts
-Conduct on-site linen awareness events for healthcare accounts
-Oversee and manage on-site sterile linen inventory
-Responsible for ordering plant housekeeping supplies and company event catering

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
