'Responsibilities'
Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk.
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls efficiently.
- Maintain organized records, files, and data entry tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Support office management and administrative duties.
- Handle customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills.
- Utilize office software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and professional.

- Proven experience in office administration or reception roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Outlook.
