Customer Service Representative
Concord Office
Vitran is currently seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, driven, reliable, and engaging to join our Customer Service Team at our head office location in Concord,ON. The position is a part of a customer service team that handles customer inquiries from Vitran, Kindersley Transport, and National Fast Freight.
This position is Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
Responsibilities
Deliver an excellent customer service experience to internal and external customers
Answer and direct inquiries from customers via phone call and e-mail
Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization to provide customers with information and updates
