Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail art
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products
- Upsell retail products related to nail care and skincare to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails and nail art
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while providing quality service
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for beauty and helping clients feel confident
Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
