Regional Manager — Dental Offices
Location: Greater Toronto Area to Niagara Region

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Regional Manager to support and oversee several dental offices across the GTA and Niagara region. This position is well suited to a proven dental office manager who understands the operational realities of a busy clinic and can effectively support multiple teams.
The Regional Manager will work closely with ownership, existing regional and assistant managers, office managers, dentists, administrative staff, and clinical teams. The role focuses on strengthening day-to-day operations, resolving issues, improving systems, and supporting a consistent patient and team experience across assigned locations.
This is primarily a work-from-home position, with weekly in-person meetings and travel to offices as operationally required. A work laptop will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary operational resource for office managers and clinic teams.
- Visit assigned offices regularly and on short notice when hands-on support is needed.
- Monitor office performance, identify operational gaps, and help implement practical solutions.
- Support office managers with staffing needs, team communication, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with the rollout and adoption of new systems, software, procedures, and operational initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with ownership and leadership to improve clinic performance, patient experience, and team accountability.
- Help address urgent operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote consistency in scheduling, billing, recalls, treatment coordination, insurance processes, patient communication, and overall office flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a dental office manager is required.
- Strong working knowledge of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, recalls, treatment coordination, insurance, patient communication, and front-office workflow.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple offices while remaining responsive and professional.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel between office locations as needed, including occasionally on short notice.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
