Great Investments Ltd. is a private company managing a portfolio of commercial rental properties and vacant lands across Greater Vancouver. This position is jointly shared with Season2 Season, with responsibilities split across both companies’ accounting functions.

Job Type: Full-time | 全職
Salary: $75,000.00+ per year | 年薪 $75,000.00+
Key Responsibilities | 主要職責
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements | 編製每月、每季及年度財務報表
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes | 主導月結及年結流程
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances | 核對總帳科目並調查差異
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management | 協助預算編製、預測及現金流管理
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies | 確保遵守公認會計原則(GAAP)及公司政策
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings | 協調外部審計及報稅事宜
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements | 監察內部控制並提出流程改善建議
- Support payroll, 3+ years of progressive accounting experience | 3年以上會計相關工作經驗,職責範圍逐步提升
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards | 熟悉財務報告及會計準則
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills | 熟練使用Microsoft Excel高階功能
- Experience with ERP or accounting software systems | 具備使用ERP或會計軟件系統經驗
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills | 優秀的分析、組織及溝通能力
- Knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset | 懂中文(廣東話及/或普通話)者優先
- Driver’s license is an asset | 持有駕駛執照者優先
