Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at our dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive sales industry, and the ability to develop strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing sales pipelines, fostering customer relationships, and maximizing dealership profitability. Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle sales department.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase used vehicle sales and profitability.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor progress.
- Oversee inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle aging.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and vehicle demand to maintain competitive inventory.
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
