SeeMoreGreen Landscaping is looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead commercial landscape construction crews in Saskatoon, SK.

What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside crews on commercial landscape construction projects
- Operate and supervise PME equipment (skid steer, excavator, loader, compactor)
- Oversee hardscape and softscape installations, including grading, paving stone, retaining walls, concrete preparation, irrigation, topsoil, planting, and sod
- Schedule personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines
- Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
- Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and productive
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in landscaping or construction
- Strong hands-on experience with hardscape construction
- Softscape and horticulture knowledge
- Experience operating PME equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence (Class 1A preferred)
